Boards get in the way – The Advertiser
Many of the nation’s chief executives believe boards unnecessarily interfere in management operations, research by Adelaide-based consultancy Governance Matters shows.
More than 80 percent of the 200 CEOs surveyed expressed frustration about board interference, consultancy director Kate Costello said. “This is why setting up a strong corporate governance structure with solid policies is important,” Ms Costello said.
