John is known for being a direct communicator with exceptional analytical skills in identifying where improvement is required and challenging and motivating others to make that improvement. John has earned a national reputation for his successful ability to deal with difficult and complex situations in the boardroom and with executive management teams.

John currently also serves as a director of Vision Method Outcome, Business Communication Images, a company that specialises in images and products that communicate business concepts and Board Organizer a company offering web based meeting and document management facilities

He has worked for The Australian Institute of Company Directors and in the Defence and Aero Space industry. His clients range across public utilities, manufacturing firms, medical businesses, hospitals, the public service, local government and superannuation funds.

John is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and, a member of the Institute of Business Consultancy UK and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
